Heath took the lead after 3mins of their home game against Bosham the reigning League and Cup holders, but then had Liddel sent off after 7 minutes before losing 3-1 to two late goals in the 83rd and 84th minute.

The last first team friendly was against Loxwood, a very entertaining game with Heath going a goal down but came back strong to win by 5-1.

What a difference a week makes, Heaths opponents for this match were once again Lancing United, only this time Heath were able to field a much stronger side, but even then there were still six first team squad players missing for one reason or another, but those who did play certainly took their chances in a 9-1 victory.
Following this match Heath Reserves played a friendly against Alfold, the Bears fielded a very youthful side and the match looked very evenly balanced but three late goals for the visitors gave them victory.

It was hoped by Heath supporters that the game away to Storrington would be a pretty even contest, but with four players dropping out on the morning of the match and several other's unavailable it didn't look too promising before the start, things got even worse when Heath's only goalkeeper of the day went off injured after only 10 minutes, the game turned into a non-contest with Storrington finding the back of the net with nearly every shot at goal, the final result being 7-1 to the home team.

Heath took a squad of 24 players down to Worthing United's ground for a friendly against Lancing United from the West Sussex Premier Division, Heath fielded a strong squad for the first part of the game but despite having most of the possession only lead by 1-0 at the break, the final period was much more even with Heath eventually winning by 2-1.

Broadbridge Heath fielded nine debutants in the 4-0 defeat to Lancing played at Pound Lane, Durrington. Lancing, managed by former Heath manager Martin Gander were 3-0 up at the break, and fielded a totally different team in the second period, adding a fourth two minutes from time.

Sam Chapman has been appointed Assistant First Team manager to Steve Painter, Sam's involvement with Broadbridge Heath goes back many years now, and includes several spells as First Team Manager, and Club Coach.

Heath have appointed Mick Robinson as Reserve Team Manager, Mick has a good understanding of the local footbal scene, a former Forest player, more recently Mick has been involved with the Junior Club, and will be a welcome addition to Heaths Management team. Mike Balfour former Under 18 Manager has accepted the role of Assistant Manager, we wish them both a long and successful time at Broadbridge Heath. 10 July 2010 - Heath 's first friendly of the season ended in a 4-2 defeat to Southwick, the game was played on the synthetic in weather more akin to Caribbean Holidays than football. The game was played over three 30 minute sessions, Heath won the first session 1-0, lost the second 3-0 and drew the third 1-1. Both sides were missing key players but as a workout it was good for both sides.

Damian Francis has joined the new Heath coaching team, the former Heath, Horsham and YM player will work alongside Steve Hoare and Sam Chapman.
Heath coach, Ian Hinkley-Smith, has agreed to join Whitehawk, the newly promoted Ryman League side gives Ian an ideal opportunity to advance his coaching career, we wish him every success in his new role.

Martyn Flack won top honours at Broadbridge Heath's End Of Season Presentation Evening in the Shelley Arms.
The 1st Team Player of the Year award was won by Martyn Flack.

Broadbridge Heath will be running two Under 18 teams for the 2010-2011 season. Last season's Under team, managed by Chris Higgins, finished
mid-table in the Sussex County Football League, and all but one of the players is eligible to play again in the 2010-2011 season.
The second Under 18 team, managed by Neil Brewster, is last season's Under 16 team, they finished runner-up in their league.
Both teams matches will be played on the Stadium pitch at the Leisure Centre on Sunday mornings.
